As an Assistant Engineer I integrate the team of engineers improving my structural engineer skills while participating of all design stages of various different projects, producing calculations, schedules and detailed packages of structural technical drawings, general arrangements for steelwork and Reinforced Concrete playing also a role of a Senior CAD Technician managing and assisting junior members on all aspects.
Current Role Profile/ Main Projects:
• Key member of the design team assisting seniors engineers on the design development of diversified projects from simple property extension to multimillion £ value projects.
• Shires Gateway Trowbridge (40 million £) Responsible for all structural package drawings (RC + Steelwork detail) on all different stages of this major development project since tender to as built. This is a combination of 70 residential units and approx. 7000m² retail/office units with elevated car park on roof level. Working along 2 senior engineers on the development of the design scheme, supervising guiding and helping junior CAD Technician, communicating between all parties architects/contractors/sub-contractors, responsible for all filing/data control during the entire project.
• Dover Sea Sport Centre (2.5million £) Luxurious and modern new sport centre on the beach of Dover Harbour, on going project which I started halfway down the design stage working along a senior engineer until its conclusion; producing all CAD data; participating of structural design of building elements; responsible for all filing/data control also concluded as built package.
• Pudding Lane Maidstone a major refurbishment project of combined restaurant/retail/residential units, and also Maidstone Bircholt Road Parkwood mix of 890m² refurbished steel portal frame warehouse with 470m² new built business units. These were another set of on going projects which I started halfway down the design stage working along 2 senior engineers producing CAD data; packages of structural construction drawing; participated of structural design of building elements, helping the whole construction team to meet all requirements at precisely deadlines.

Main team member responsible for all CAD database on numerous, producing technical drawings, space Planning, and CGI 3D Rendering / Animations using 3DS Studio MAX to support the sales team on all aspects mainly on offices developments and interior residential/commercial decorations project, as well involved in other schemes such like BAA Heathrow T5 pilot lounge area, and Monitor offices at World Trade Center Amsterdam.
